1. Fortnight booking 5% discount

2. Christmas and New Year £1200 per week. Fortnight’s reservations preferred £1800. Heating included.

3. Security Deposit required for potential damages, telephone account if used, fuel charges out of season. etc (see Para. 5 of contract) £180/week or £300/per fortnight minimum

4. Normally no charge for heating early April to end of September. Oil central heating.

5. Bed Linen is not included. Quotation for hire is available on request. £9 single/£12 double. Hand & Bath towels not included. Quotation for hire Set £8/person.

F. Reservation Fee :10%

Large pool towels are included.

Confirmation Fee 15% (Due 8th January)
Balance due 75% (6wks prior to entry date)
Year + ahead holding fee, 5%.

7. Private heated pool from Whit weekend to end September. Out with this period normal energy use will incur charges.
